After some consultation with dearest Doc J, my dorm-mate back in high school, through group whatsapp, I diagnosed myself with high acid in the body. Heheh. Maybe caused improper meal and fatigue.
Apparently stress also can increase acids production from the stomach that cause bloatedness and gaseous. (Hah giteww) Memang disamping loya saya rasa pedih perut, berangin, kembung dan I think berat badan pun turun mendadak. Sebab seluar kerja tiba-tiba longgar habis.
Kenapa boleh stress ye? Ada possibilities penat sangat kot sejak husband saya masuk shift since last 2,3 weeks. Bertabahlah..
So I need to balance balik my eating pattern. Sebab memang lost appetite gila-gila. Hari ni baru makan roti sikit, biskut dan nestum. Air masak pun boleh minum sikit je. Kena makan balanced diet tapi starts with easily digested foods. No more spice foods for a while huhuh.
Lepas tu banyakkan zikir supaya mencapai ketenangan yang hakiki. Mungkin kesibukan saya membuatkan saya jauh dariNya astaghfirullah.. Semgoa Allah berikan saya kekuatan. Amin.
